Optical measurement machine for choker diamond

Choker diamonds consists of four side but varies in shape and size thus needs of measurement system arises.

Each diamond needs to be measured precisely on height and width dimension and determine its shape(Taper or baguette).

We designed a custom software and hardware to address these needs.Where software identifies shapes and measure with precision with one touch system. Multiple diamonds can also be measured with this solution at once.

Sorting of diamonds can be done with precision and speed and user can segregate the diamonds easily.Thus helps to reduce human efforts and man power needed to carry out this task.
